盗窃变成抢劫 被堵在屋内

    昨日2时30分，松原市民孙先生一家在梦中被一阵响动惊醒，孙母打开灯，发现一黑衣男子正在屋内翻东西。

    “你干啥呢？”孙母厉声问道。“别吵吵，把钱拿出来。”该男子掏出一把尖刀。“你赶紧走吧，我们不管你！”孙先生夫妇看对方手持凶器，为安全起见，想让其离开。

    但该男子却没有离开的意思，继续挥舞尖刀向孙家人索要钱财。

    此时，孙家的邻居和亲属也被惊醒赶了过来，将男子堵在屋内，试图将其抓获。

    厮打中，孙先生的儿子、女儿和女婿被扎伤，男子也被打得鼻青脸肿，但仍拿着尖刀负隅顽抗。

    松原警方接到报警后赶到现场，民警一边“劝降”分散其注意力，一边慢慢地靠近该男子，趁其不备将其制服。

    民警在男子身上搜出一卷胶带、一个口罩。

    该男子交代，他叫贾立通，34岁，老家在河北省邢台市，因抢劫罪被判10年，去年年末刚出狱。

    贾立通交代，他在3月13日18时许来到松原，先是翻墙进入孙先生家，在仓房内盗窃了两个淋浴喷头和一些杂物，觉得不值钱，便敲碎玻璃进入屋内，结果被主人发现。

    听说其被抓 家人表示不管


    贾立通：松原的狱友对我说，这里的人有钱，便想来这里“干一票”,doudoune moncler。

    我没找到狱友，也没钱了，便随便找了一家，准备偷点东西，没想到被抓到了。


    贾立通：有一个儿子，妻子前几年跟我离了婚……

    松原市公安局宁江二分局建设派出所的民警打电话通知贾立通的家属，但其大哥和两个姐夫听说其被抓了，都表示不愿意再管他的事。

    建设派出所所长高芒说，贾立通属于流窜作案，先是入室盗窃，一旦被发现，便转为入室抢劫，非常容易引发群众受伤甚至死亡的案件，潜在的社会危害极大。

    目前，贾立通已被刑拘，此案仍在进一步调查中。
